Vintage Short Sleeve Thermal, Small

Vintage 1950s short sleeve thermal. No tags. Three buttons on chest. This shirt was loved. There are stains under the armpits, the hems are coming undone, there is a small hole on the left chest. Would best fit a women’s small.
